Director
Damian formed Sunergos Partnership in 2020, with over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Damian is passionate about construction and finding new ways to deliver projects efficiently and safely.
RICHARD WATLER
Director
Richard offers 30 years construction and infrastructure experience and is capable of leading large management and delivery teams, having earned a reputation for collaboration and integrity, respected by staff, peers, superiors, supply chain and stakeholders alike.
ALEX NIELSEN MRICS, MCIArb
Director
Alex has 25 years’ experience in commercial and mixed-use developments masterplan cost planning, commercial controls and systems.
BRIAN ORMISTON
Brian, has over the last 30 years, gained extensive experience at all levels of the construction management process. He has built a reputation as an expert. This is evident through his previous senior level appointments: HSQE Director Wirings/Bouygues, Health and Safety Director for Bouygues UK and more.
SUZY ESSEX
Executive Assistant
Suzy is extremely resourceful and highly self-motivated with a solid work ethic. Skilled at multi-tasking and maintaining a strong attention to detail with confidentiality. Additionally, she holds a strong professional and academic background with a BSc Degree focused in Biomedical Science.
